Following on from last weeks successful session a game has been organised between our two teams for Sunday. Will all players (born 1991) please attend and meet at Seven Acres for 12.30p.m. It is likely that this game will be played using our new jerseys. Membership rules will apply.

The team welcomed their new manager John Campbell ex Fair City U15’s on Wednesday evening. Preparation for the new season continue on Sunday with a coaching session for boys and girls (born 1991) at 11.30 a.m.

Last week the team played the clubs under 10 tangerine team. This was an exciting game to watch with prestige very much at stake. This week fixture is an away match at Kinross. Players etc. are requested to report to Seven Acres on Sunday at 9.45a.m. The club would appreciate help from parents and supporters with regard to transportation.

The visit down the motorway last Sunday to play Kinross Colts resulted in the team playing in the manner expected from a Letham team and were well satisfied with the performance of all the players. The club appreciated the assistance from parents and supporters for supplying the necessary transport. This week a game has been arranged with Perth Killie at home. Will all players report to clubrooms at Newhouse Road on Sunday at 10.30a.m.

The boys were disappointed that on Sunday their opponents did not appear and had to make do with a training session. On Sunday they entertain Gannochy at Seven Acres and players are requested to report at 10.30a.m.Will all players note that indoor coaching takes place each Monday evening in the Letham Sports Centre at 6.00 p.m.

The boys are looking forward to a game this week after the disappointment of their match being postponed last weekend. Kintillo are the attractive visitors to Seven Acres. Will all players report to Newhouse Road at 10.30a.m.

The team did not start to play until there was a considerable deficit in the game last weekend against Kintillo. Suddenly the lads then rolled up their sleeves and showed their supporters that when they put their minds to it they can play a bit and very nearly got on level terms. This week they travel to Auchterarder.Will all players meet Seven Acres at 9.15 a.m. The club would appreciate assistance with regard to transportation.

The Brig proved to be too strong for the whites and could have no complaint regarding the score. However they were not overawed and played well in spells. This week they are due to travel to Auchterarder to play the local under 10 team. Will all players report to Newhouse Road at 9.15 a.m.Assistance from parents, friends and supporters would be welcome. As our tangerine team is also scheduled to play at Auchterarder at the same time it is hoped to have good vehicle utilisation.

No game last week due to the frost conditions at Crieff. This week brings a derby to Seven Acres with the white under 10 team supplying the opposition. On paper this looks like a home win for the older boys but this white team can play attractive football at times. Players report to Seven Acres on Sunday at 10.30a.m.

The boys thoroughly enjoyed last week’s encounter with the club’s under ten white team last week. The age difference was the deciding factor and proved just too strong in the end. Due to the inclement weather the game last week was postponed. The intention is to play the match this Sunday with the opposition again the under 11 white team. This game will have all the passion and excitement expected from the players who represent the Letham club at this age level as they play off this derby encounter. Most spectators would agree that the game last Sunday against the white team was most entertaining and the result could have gone either way. A late goal however clinched the proceedings for the team. Following this weeks coaching session the next event will be the special tournament in the Letham Centre on the 12th,January.

Following on from a very successful game against Strathearn, the team had a full-scale outdoor coaching session last Sunday. This Sunday Auchterarder come to town and players are asked to note that they should meet at Seven Acres at 9.30a.m. Players are also reminded that there is a coaching session tonight in the Letham Centre between seven and eight o’clock.

When Auchterarder came to Letham on Sunday we had a game of two halves. In the first period the visitors deservedly turned round with a 1-0 lead. However the team were stung into action and by playing fast attractive football over ran the opposition in the second half. This week the team travel to Kinross to play the local Colts. Players to meet Seven Acres at 9.15a.m. Assistance with transport would be much appreciated. Players please note that tonight’s coaching session in the Letham Centre will be the last of the indoor sessions. Next week and thereafter coaching will take place on Wednesday evenings at Newhouse Road commencing at 6.30p.m.

The team went down the motorway to play Kinross Colts last Sunday. It was pleasing for Johnny and David that their recent form continued and they ran out comfortable winners. The te am travelled to the North Inch on Monday evening for a game against Perth Killie.This turned out to be an exciting encounter watched by a sizeable crowd of supporters with the Tangerines just shading it in the end. This Sunday the team will be hoping to continue their current form when they entertain Gannochy at home. Players report to Newhouse Road at 9.30a.m.
