Letham Coaches (sponsored by Scottish Co-op Community Fund)
Can you spare a couple of hours a week to help with coaching a football team; or could you see yourself running a team of your own? In return for an hour or two of your time each week Letham will invest in developing you to coach to the highest accredited standards. We’d be particularly interested in hearing from people who would be interested in helping existing teams.

Letham Amateurs (sponsored by Trev’s House of Tattoos, Saints Social Club, Alexis Rose, Howdens Joinery, DRC Contracts, Sidey) This Amateurs faced Craigie in a league fixture at home last week and came away winners 9-1. After a slow start the goals soon flowed and saw Sean Ferrie, Paul Jackson and Dale Smart score two each; and Jordan Turnbull with a hat trick. This week Coupar Angus come to Seven Acres for the League Cup Quarter Final. Players to meet at Seven Acres at 12.30pm
Letham 1995 (sponsored by Perthshire Flooring) The team drew 2-2 with Taybank in a league fixture at Seven Acres. The week the 95’s travel Coupar Angus to face Vic FC. Dougie will advise arrangements
Letham U19 Sky Blue (sponsored by Montana Restoration) Last week the team travelled to face Forfar West End in the league and came away losing 3-2 in a very close game. The boys all in dug and came back from 2-0 down to draw level only to lose out to a penalty. This week with no scheduled game again the Sky Blues will have an additional training session on Sunday from 12-2pm.
Letham U16 Tangerine 1999 (sponsored by John Gillespie, Hairdresser, St. John Street) Last week the Tangies faced Scone on the 3G pitch at Seven Acres and won 4-1 putting the team joint top of the table. This week the boys will travel to face Breadalbane & Ballinluig and hope to build on that.
Letham U15 Tangerine 2000 (sponsored by Graham & Sibbald/ Drainco (Scotland) Ltd) An 11-0 win against Crieff last week at Seven Acres will hopefully set the team up for travelling to face Tay Thistle this week.
Letham Tangerine U14 2001 (sponsored by New Today, Furniture Centre, Canal Street) Last week saw the 2001’s previous week’s score line reversed losing 5-2 to Arbroath having won by the same against Ferry. The boys will be looking to bounce back from this when they face Forfar at 2.15pm on the 3G pitch at Seven Acres.
Letham Tangerine 2002 (sponsored by McDonald’s, RGW Play Area Maint. Ltd., D Peebles, Electrical Contractor) Last week’s friendly away to Breadalbane 2001 ended 6-1 to the home side with physical difference and a year’s age gap playing there part. Our thanks go to Breadalbane for the game which the boys will be looking to learn from for when they face Jeanfield Reds this week at 10:30 on the grass at Seven Acres.
Letham Sky Blue 2002 (sponsored by MKM Building Merchants) Last week’s the Sky Blues travelled to Scone in the league and with a 2-0 win retained their position as league leaders. This week the boys will be having a well-deserved break and supporting their club mates the Tangies when they face Jeanfield Reds.
Letham Tangerine 2003 (sponsored by Vending Services Ltd,) The Tangies travelled to Breadalbane last week and came away the losing side. This week the team will be welcoming Scone to Seven Acres for a 9am kick off on the 3G Pitch. Coaching as normal tonight from 6.00p.m.
Letham White 2003 (sponsored by China, China, St. Leonards Bridge) At home to Crieff last week the boys won in a good team performance which included some new players. No game this week. Coaching each Wednesday at 6.00p.m.
Letham Tangerine 2004 (sponsored by Carpet Discount Store, Friarton, Perth) With the new season set to kick off this weekend the Tangies are set to open their season with a Derby against Letham Sky Blues 2004. All being well with Hampden this game will kick off at 9am on the 3G at Seven Acres. Coaching sessions on Tuesday evenings from 6.00p.m.

Letham Girls U17 s (sponsored by Alex O’Brien, Contractor. Kilmac Group, Kelly Communications) In a change to the advertised fixture the U17’s will open their account with a home tie to Raith Rovers this Sunday at 10am on the 3G pitch. Training will be on Monday and Thursday nights 5.45-7pm.
Letham Girls U15 (sponsored by MP & H McDonald, Plumbing & Heating) The girls open their season away to East Fife on Saturday. Training Monday and Thursday nights 5.45-7.
Letham Girls U13 (sponsored by Aviva) The U13 season kicks off on Saturday away to East Fife. Training on Thursday nights 5.45-7.pm
Letham Girls U13 Tangies Juniors The Tangies Juniors start their season at 10.30pm on the 3G pitch on Saturday at home against Glenrothes Strollers. Training Monday night 5.45-7pm.
Letham Girls U11 White (sponsored by Nawaabs Restaurant) The season kicks off this Saturday at home against Inverkeithing on the 3G pitch at 10.30am. Training on Monday night 5.45-7.

Letham Tot’s Soccer School (sponsored by Struan Motors, Crieff Road) The soccer school for boys and girls in primaries one, two and three continues at 9.00a.m. on the all-weather 3G pitch at Seven Acres every Saturday. Cost is £2. Please wear boots and shin guards and bring a drink. If arriving by car please use car park via Balgowan Road entrance. No need to pre-book.
Pay to Play Letham in conjunction with Active Schools offer school kids in primaries four to seven an opportunity every Tuesday from 3.30 till 5.00 p.m. to play football on their new state of the art all-weather pitch at Seven Acres Park, Newhouse Road, Letham for a £1, with qualified football coaches. Best to wear boots and wear warm clothing. No need to pre-book.
Walking Football Letham in conjunction with Live Active invite women and men to play walking football has recommenced on Friday’s between 11.15 am and 12.15 p.m. at the Letham Centre, Tweedsmuir Road, Letham. More information from Bill Ellis on 07957864289
